There are 10 easy steps to loose your weight. We gain weight when we eat more calories than our body burn in a day and the excess calories are stored as fat.
1.Wake up early
Waking up early gives you a mental health. “Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.
2.Drink plenty of Water
Start your day with two glasses of water. It helps to activate internal organs.
Drink a glass of water before every meal. It helps in good digestion of food.
Drink a glass of water before taking bath which helps you to lower the blood pressure.
Drink a glass of water before going to bed which reduces the risk of heart attack.
3.Don’t skip your meals
Have breakfast before 8 am, lunch before 2 pm and dinner before 8 pm.
Eat only when you are hungry.
Chew the food longer. It helps you to lose weight.
4.Avoid eating more snacks
Avoid eating more .Eating lot leads to obesity.
5.Avoid watching TV while eating
Watching TV while eating leads to indigestion and leads to over eating also.
6.Avoid eating fast foods.
Mostly all the fast food items are in high calories and fats. Cutting out fast food can help you to lose weight.
7.Don’t sleep in the afternoon
If you feel like sleeping after the lunch, sit in a place for 10 min doing nothing.
Sleeping in the afternoon makes you fat and keeps you awake late night which affects your daily routine.
8.Eat more fruits and vegetables
Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables helps us to reduce the risk of many heart diseases.
9.Go for a walk
Avoid sitting in a same place for longer time. Sitting in a same place for long hours make you fat.
10.Early to bed
More sleep affects your health. Sleep not more than 7 to 8 hours.
